We accept all major credit cards and payments will be taken in UK Pounds at the time of despatch.
All orders are packaged in plain discreet boxes or bubble bags and will be sent to the delivery address you have provided. In cases of more than one item they may be sent separately. For deliveries outside the UK, JDL for Leather Ltd is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred. On most items delivered in the UK, there is no postage. Overseas shipping costs are extra at cost.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect the statutory rights as a consumer.
JDL for Leather Ltd can take no responsibility for damage or injury incurred whilst using our products which are for novelty purposes only.
We want customers to be satisfied with their orders. Items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund providing they are in as supplied condition. However we cannot accept items which have been used unless there is a manufacturing fault. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of sexually intimate items. In all cases please contact us before returning anything. We cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit so they must be suitably packaged.
We reserve the right to update prices and specifications and withdraw goods from our lists at any time but will ensure that customers are informed if such changes affect an order.
